In this guide, we go over ways to manage your End Users and the Admin access that are part of them.
An End User becomes a Child account of the Parent account. They can be used in 2 ways to better organize SIM cards.
1. An End User can be a 1 to 1 relationship with a SIM(s)
eg. Bob in Sales has a MiFi with a SIM and Bob would like to get an email alert about their monthly consumption, they don’t need access to the portal.
2. An End User can be an organization or a department that the Parent is distributing SIMs to and needs to contain their information under a single label
eg. Parent Company Bob’s Taxi Systems has four taxi firms that they distribute SIMs to across the UK, East England, West England, North England and South England. Each of these taxi firms requires their own access to the Orchestra portal to manage and monitor the SIMs that are directly linked to them.
For the first example the Parent needs to only input the End Users details:
- First and Last Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
The parent can then activate a SIM for the End User
For the second example, the Parent will need to create each organization under the End User tab: (East, West, North, South)
Next, to grant Admin access for the Child account the Parent needs to Switch the End User by navigating to the upper left corner and clicking the Parents’ name to display the dropdown.

Select the Child account that you want to grant Admin access to from the dropdown.
The page will refresh to display the information that is directly related to the Child.

Navigate to the Admin Tab on the far left, then to the Administrators tab in the top centre near the right.

Once saved, the new Admin will get an email with a token link for them to click and follow the account activation instructions.
