The system will pause service to your SIM when it has reached its nominated data limit, this is referred to Autobar. SIMs will have service automatically reinstated on the 1st of the next calendar month.
To reinstate service before the 1st of the next calendar month, please contact your Client Account Manager to remove the Autobar for the current month or raise the Autobar level going forward.
You may be required to pay some or all of any outstanding balance before service can be resumed.
