Suspending a SIM card is ideal for users wanting to restrict the ability for a SIM to continue to receive data service. For example, if a SIM is using more than they would expect in the current month or has been misplaced, users can suspend data service to the SIM while an investigation is being carried out.
To suspend a SIM’s service simply navigate to the Subscription that you want to suspend data to and hit the Pause button located on the far right.
To resume service simply hit the Play button that replaces the Pause button when in a suspended state.
Note that you will still get charged the monthly fee for each SIM to maintain the option of reactivating them. If you want the SIM to be removed from billing, Users will need to contact their Client Account Manager.
SIMs suspended in this manner will stay suspended even after the 1st of the next calendar month and will not automatically unsuspend like with Autobar.
